Need sediment vacuumed from above ground tank

In need of creative genius trades guy/gal that can vacuumed sediment out of an above ground 1,000 gallon plastic water tank that’s 1/2 full. My water system is spring fed into a 1,000 above ground plastic tank. Over the years sediment has built up in the bottom and it needs to be removed without draining the tank or creating a cloudy scenario in the water. A heavy duty vacuum with a long extension would do the trick. I can’t find a pool, spa or pond company that is creative enough to get the job done. Maybe you can. Job is near the Murray/Gilmer county line off highway 76/282 or Tails Creek Road. It’s 7 miles east from Hwy 411. Four zero four five zero two two seven nine one.
