REWARD!!! -- Missing Siamese w/ medical condition

Our Siamese, Monty, went missing last last night (6/21). We live in the Magnolia neighborhood. His brother went missing May 15 and hasn't been found. As you can see from the pics, Monty has a GPS tracker, which I found alongside a bunch of fur across the street from our house. The tracker can't just fall off, so I'm pretty sure it was intentionally removed. He has a medical condition that requires daily treatment, so if you see him anywhere please let us know ASAP. Thank you.
