Coffee is a natural performance enhancer that allows your body to reach it's peak performance when training. It increases muscular strength, endurance, and power as well as enhances focus and alertness.
High intensity interval training with bands resistance bands increase workout resistance and is great for toning, strengthening, and building muscle (constant resistance). Interval training consists of short bursts of intense workout with short periods of rest.
