Looking to hire a crew to complete Apartment unit flips in the Midwest. Work includes: Tear out: Flooring, Bathroom items, Lights, Outlets, Switches, Appliances,ect. Flooring: Install Carpet and/or Vinyl Plank as well as rubber cove base. Painting: Repair and Paint, Walls and Ceiling. Finishing: Install Bath Items, Lights, Switches, Outlets, Appliances, Doors, Windows, ect. I will provide all needed materials direct to location.
