Our Glendale Self Storage and Truck Leasing facility is seeking a full-time Office/Sales/Maintenance Person to assist the Manager with all aspects of daily operations. We are a company who cares with a low employee turnover. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who also likes to have fun. We are willing to train the right person. This job is 40 hours per week. The rental office is open for business Mon-Sat. Your normal work schedule will be Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. That schedule may vary depending on the needs of the facility. You will work alone one day each week to cover the store during the Manager's day off or vacation and may, on the rare occasion, be asked to fill in at another store. You must be professional with some customer-service experience, have your own transportation and a valid AZ driver’s license, be well-groomed, reliable, punctual and have desire to perform outdoors as well as indoors. Maintenance duties include but are not limited to performing basic maintenance, daily cleaning, sweeping and prepping vacant units, parking lot pick-up, maintaining curb appeal, taking truck reservations and checking trucks in and out for customers. Sales and office duties include answering telephones, leasing storage units and renting trucks, preparing lease paperwork, selling merchandise and insurance, assisting current customers, handling incoming inquiries by telephone and internet, taking rent payments and calling on delinquent customers. Compensation is $14.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for benefits to include participation in the company medical coverage, paid vacations and holidays, matching 401K and monthly leasing bonuses.
