Join us for a free Pilates and Yoga class led by Erin and Kelsey followed by a sound bath healing session! Meet us on the rooftop for ocean views, movement, healing and friendship! Join us for a free rooftop community class. Space is limited, so please let us know if you aren't going to make it! The first 20 minutes will be a challenging mat pilates class followed by 40 minutes of yoga and blissful sound bath healing. All levels of fitness are welcome and you do not need any prior Pilates or Yoga experience to participate. Bring a mat, water and a sweat towel :) Hat and sunglasses recommended as well! This is a free event from La Luz Pilates and Wellness Retreats.
