Join CGN for free mini-golf, delicious cocktails, a private lounge, and fun networking opportunities at Stroke in Plaza Midwood! Join us for Charlotte Gaymers Network's first CGN Social! CGN Socials are events in which our guests travel to a venue to partake in a social activity and fully unplug from gaming, whether it’s kayaking at the whitewater center, hiking Crowders Mountain, or playing a fun game of paintball, these events are curated in a way to fully unplug our guests from video games and board games. These events will feature a myriad of different activities, all over town, with varying ranges of physical activity. Whether it’s a CGN Broadway night at the Blumenthal Theatre or going to a concert, we plan to showcase the many fun things to do around the Queen City with these events. For this edition of CGN Social we will be going to Stroke, an urban golf club located in the heart of Plaza Midwood, for free mini golf, delicious drinks, and networking with like-minded folks! We will be partnering with Queer Society Charlotte and Queen City Prism for this event, so sign up ASAP, as we will hit capacity! Founded on July 6th, 2020, CGN strives to create an inclusive environment of folks from all walks of life who are united in our passion and love for all things gaming. Group members enjoy board games, tabletop games, video games, and the social events that bring us together. Our events take place in Charlotte, North Carolina and its surrounding areas.
