Learn how to stir fry in this hands on class! In this hands on class you will learn the basics of authentic Chinese stir fry. You will work with Chef Me Li creating a menu of Jiangxi Farmer Style Cauliflower with Bacon, Wuhan Tahini Noodles, Di San Xian (Three Earth Flavors). Cost for this class is $55/person If you are signing up with more than 5 in your party please give us a call as we may be able to tailor more to your individual needs. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event Please notify us if you have any allergies. Adjustments can not be made during class. Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to give us a call at 864-250-0091 What to Expect: In this class, you will get hands on experience creating your own stir fry meal. You will be working in groups of four. Chef Mei Li will guide you through the complete process. Two glasses of wine will be served with your meal. Additional wine or beer can be purchased at the bar downstairs. If you choose not to have wine please ask your host for other options. You will receive 20% off your purchase the evening of the event.
