Biergarten at Old World HB presents their live music series featuring MOVING IN STEREO! Moving in Stereo is a Southern California based Tribute band that plays the music of the Iconic American Rock/ New Wave band “The Cars”. They faithfully reproduce the late 70’s, early 80’s music that originated in Boston and swept throughout the U.S. and Europe. This groundbreaking sound features the songwriting and unique vocals of Rick Ocasek, vocal talents of Benjamin Orr, influence of Greg Hawke’s synthesizer, perfect time of David Rovinson’s beats, and the mastery of Elliot Eastons guitar work. Formed in 2011 as “DRIVE” the ultimate cars Tribute the bans was renamed “Moving in Stero in 2014 to capture the ambiance of the “Fast Times” era of the 80’s. The cars were and still are considered pioneers of new wave music. They had eighteen songs reach the top 40 chart including number one single “Drive” in 1984. The Powerful performance at Live Aid is still deemed one of the highlights of the Legendary event. Doors open at 5pm. Come early and enjoy the last hour of happy hour - $2 off food & drinks. Band starts between 7:30pm- 8pm. Our limited concert food menu is available during the concert. Our full menu is not served. Seating is first come, first serve. Bands perform on our main stage inside our Festival Hall.
