Saint Archer Brewery x Setting Sun Sake - Sake Sour “There's no better feeling than getting to work with friends in the community, so we've really been looking forward to this release. This beer was brewed in collaboration with Setting Sun Sake Brewing Company, who's just up the road from us in the Miralani District! This Sake Inspired Sour was brewed with all the traditional ingredients one would find in beer but as a twist, we fermented it with Sake yeast! To complement its fermentation profile of heavy apricots and stone fruit, we added fresh strawberry, pineapple and vanilla beans to produce an all around tropical and tart summer crusher!
