Watching the sunset is a perfect way to unwind from your day.
During this complimentary program, you'll be guided through a series of restorative practices that promote reflection and cultivate a greater connection and awareness of our natural surrounding. Reverend Shelley Dungan from The Sacred Center and Joye Whitney from the Norman Bird Sanctuary will lead guided meditations and light stretches while sharing ideas for using nature, horticulture, and the outdoors to gain a sense of peace and overall well-being.
This program will be held in the historic flower garden of Norman Bird Sanctuary founder, Mabel Norman Cerio, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Join us to explore how nature can support us this summer season. Please wear comfortable clothing and bug repellent. Bring a blanket or chair to sit on. Space in the garden is limited to a maximum of 20 people and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
