Our role is to advocate for policyholders when major disasters hit their home, business, or commercial property. Then we are looking for you to join our team as a Field Specialist. In this position, you will be advocating for our clients every day. Our clients have lost property due to fire, water, or theft. Your goal is to help our clients maximize their Personal Property coverage through their insurance policy. The ideal candidate will be someone who will work hard in very challenging situations and comfortable with meeting/working with many new people in the industry. Multi-tasking and self-motivated individuals will thrive in this role. Preferred candidates will have: · Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software · Strong written and verbal communication · Must be able to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously · Must have excellent organizational skills and be detailed oriented · Proactive with a positive attitude, ability to work as part of a team · Ability to work unsupervised and command results · Punctual with a strong work ethic · Must be physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 60 lbs. Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Requirements: · Minimum of 2 years experience in the insurance industry · Professional appearance and excellent attitude · Travel up to 50% of the time · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history · Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft Salary commensurate with experience.
