A lovely and busy family is seeking a polished, highly discreet individual to function as the Household Manager/Personal Assistant/Nanny. This is a multifaceted role which will involve heavy vendor management and communication, household maintenance, and personal projects, transporting two school aged children to and from activities. If you’re a proactive, motivated individual eager to act as a strategic partner to a prestigious San Francisco family, then this is the role for you.  Hours are 11am – 7pm M-F with occasional overtime. Your day-to-day: Heavy travel coordination and scheduling for family of four Communications management between third-party vendors such as gardeners, housekeepers, etc. Receiving and cataloging incoming packages and correspondence Scheduling repairs and routine maintenance Attending to ad hoc personal tasks such as shopping and appointments Light housekeeping such as stocking, dishes, and keeping the home organized Assist with 2 school-aged children, such as driving them to and from activities and light meal prep What we’re looking for: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role Demonstrated understanding of what it takes to run a household – maintenance, cleaning, organization, etc. Experience working for high-profile individuals Strong attention to detail and articulate communication skills Ability to balance several active competing priorities while working independently Grounded and calm demeanor – flexibility with last minute changes and varying hours when needed Proactive and ability to anticipate needs of principals You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
