Movers needed to help load and unload for a regional move July 17th

I'm looking for 2 helpers with loading a truck in Berkeley (residential move so includes carrying beds, bookcases, sofa set and boxes), then driving together in the truck to Sonoma (about an hour drive each way), unloading in Sonoma and then driving together back to Berkeley. All about 4-5 hours max. On the 17th of July at 8am - 12-1pm. Will pay $30/hour. Some experience with moving helpful. Need to be able to lift and to be quick and efficient. Thanks.
