1. Drywall repair and texture - we reomved a 4' X 4' kitchen cabinet and bare wood is exposed - sand and repair door case - if possible, bondo and repair 2" X 1" chip from ceramic sink - inside apt color is swiss coffee white, satin 2. Paint 3 accent walls (13' kitchen wall above base cabinets, fixture wall in bathroom, and 4' furnace wall in living room). Color- use Sherman Williams second to top grade paint, (Sunset Meadow, Kelly moore #5576) 3. Paint front of small apt same as existing color (tan) and white trim (apt front is 30' w x 8' h). 4. Spray paint metal front screen door (white). Work is for Contractor, only Journeyman need apply. Call Rick 707-640-9555
