Currently we are looking for experienced HVAC Installers with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in installing various HVAC systems into local single and multi-family residential homes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Service work orders, including gathering components, parts, and tools for installations • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems • Install ducts and insulation • Ability to take proper measurements and design ducting systems • Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment • Identify proper materials to install residential package units split systems • Load and unload equipment and materials • Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details of work being performed and educate on use of new system(s) • Ability to communicate recommendations and services • Demonstrate the ability to perform tasks in a timely manner in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards • Ability to demonstrate punctuality SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Strong communication and customer service skills • Knowledge in basic mechanical skills • Experience installing ductless systems is a plus • Analytical, quality focused, and results-driven • Ability to follow oral and written directions • Willingness to be a team player • Satisfy all required pre-employment background checks and drug screenings • Valid State Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) • Once hired, all employees must present themselves with a well-groomed appearance with a business-like haircut long longer than shoulder length, no ponytails or buns, clean shave without facial hair, and no face, ear, neck, or hand tattoos.
