Summary of Primary Responsibilities: Under the direction and supervision of the Facilities department, carry out maintenance and facilities related projects as assigned. Position Description and Responsibilities: • Maintaining cleanliness of the outside perimeter areas of the building • Cleaning roof and clearing of roof drains • Sweeping and cleaning the warehouse and machine shop • Sweeping and cleaning packing area • Cleaning storage areas • Cleaning of linoleum and tile floors within the building • General building repairs (painting, plumbing, etc) • Emptying trash • Light landscaping work (placing bark or mulch in planter areas, etc.) • Must be able to operate a blower, steam cleaner, cleaning of drains, operate a floor buffer, sweeper, etc. Minimum Education: • High school graduate Working Conditions (e.g. travel, general office work, heavy lifting, etc.) • No business-related travel • Able to lift 20 pounds
