Based in Concord, we sweep parking lots around the Tri-Valley, the 680 corridor, Oakland and Vallejo * Starting rate while training is $15 per hour, increases to $16 per hour after 3 months * Applicants must be over 25 * Reliable, Flexible and able to work without direct supervision * You will be driving a Sweeper Truck and be responsible for cleaning parking lots, emptying trash cans and replacing liners and operating a backpack blower * Your shift will typically be at night, working through to the morning and will include weekends * It is mandatory to wear the appropriate safety equipment as provided Qualifications: * Clean California Driving License with at least 5 years driving experience * Education to level GED or equivalent * Have a mechanical inclination * As this job entails certain physical demands, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate strength and their ability to perform necessary tasks associated with the position. * You will have to show your ability to read, write and comprehend instructions in English that relate to the job and safety issues *This job entails working in a dusty and potentially allergenic environment * Email your application/and up to date resume with your contact information *
