Landscape Construction Foreman/Crew Leader

San Jose based Landscaping company specializing in design and installation of custom residential gardens. We are looking for a foreman or crew leader to help manage our garden installations. Our projects cover a wide range of construction trades and our ideal candidate would have strong multi-tasking skills, so they feel comfortable with a variety of project scenarios. Basic Requirements: -Must have valid California Drivers License w/ clean driving record -Minimum of 3-5 years experience in landscape construction -Experience in grading/site prep, irrigation, carpentry, masonry/hardscape and general construction knowledge -Ability to manage a crew of 3-5 workers on a job site -Strong leadership skills and ability to be a team leader -Being accountable for overseeing crews daily activities and give directions to crew members. -Able to read landscape plans.
