We are a well-established Mobile Home Dealer seeking a skilled working Manager to run our shop/lot. Duties include remodeling used homes, supervision of other employees, preparing homes for delivery and display, coordinating materials for contractors, and whatever is needed day to day to run our business and service our customers. The individual we are seeking shall have general handyman skills, remodeling experience, and possess good leadership skills. Individual Must: • Have ability to stay on task to completion • Be able to multi-task • Be honest, reliable, and dependable • Have good communication skills and possess a good attitude • Have valid Oklahoma driver's license • Be on Time • Be able to follow direction • Be a self-starter with strong supervisory skills Job Benefits Include: • 5 Day Work Week 8:00-4:30 M-F • Paid Weekly • Paid Major Holidays • Paid Vacation Wages based on ability and skills ranging from $14.00 - $20.00 an hour.
