I’ve been playing guitar for 50 odd years, and I’ve taken lessons from some of finest players in the north bay, and here’s what I’ve discovered: not one of these gifted players had the first idea of how to teach what they could play. Well, I may not play as well as them, but I do know how to teach. I can teach because I had to learn every aspect of playing from scratch, from tuning to chords to scales and arpeggios up to mastering the tools needed for improvisation. $30 for 30 minutes in my home in Santa Rosa.
