TLDR: Amazing nanny with 15 years experience available August 16th. To interview Natalie, please email me. ------ For the past 6 years, our three boys have been cared for by the most amazing person/nanny, Natalie. All my boys are old enough for school and will be returning to in-person learning this August. I’m hoping to help Natalie find the next lucky family to work with. Natalie has cared for two of our boys since they were newborns. They’re now 3yo and 6yo. She also takes care of my 11yo too, from time to time. Natalie always puts the kids first. She meets them at their level and plays with them the entire time they’re together (vs chatting with other moms or nannies). She’s energetic, patient, attentive, loving, reliable, and conscientious – I could go on and on. Her positive attitude radiates in everything she does. She always shows up for work with a smile on her face. Every morning, my boys run to her as soon as she arrives. When they were babies, she was instrumental in getting them both on a regular feeding and napping schedule. As they’ve gotten older, she has built up a regular routine of stimulating activities, including playground time, and visits to the library and local museums. She takes them to swim lessons every Friday. She sends me updates throughout the day. Besides keeping up with two active boys, Natalie manages to find time and energy to help around the house. She prepares the boys’ food, is constantly tidying up, and will help with the laundry. Natalie has 15 years experience as a nanny, and has also worked with twins and share-care arrangements. She’s CPR-certified, a legal U.S. resident, fluent in Spanish and English, has her own car and clean driving record.
