Neighborly Love Dinner and Bilingual Revolutionary Storytime with Taqueria Bonitas! We are so excited for this special edition of Revolutionary Storytime with our wonderful neighbor Taqueria Bonitas! We'll be reading Las empanadas que hacía la abuela (The Empanadas that Abuela Made) in Spanish and English as we enjoy a community dinner including...that's right empanadas! Taqueria Bonitas is kindly and graciously providing dinner including cheese/ chicken empanadas, juice and Mexican hot chocolate. ¡Muy delicioso! Join us as we dive into another children's book that promotes diversity and inclusivity- fostering our social justice abilities and being authentically ourselves! Thus, programming is FREE (paid for by Rohi's Readery) unless otherwise stated on the event site. Donations are appreciated and will go back into Revolutionary Educational Programming. Taqueria Bonitas Mission: Our mission at Bonitas is to share a piece of our culture through food by way of Tacos de Guisado, but also creating opportunities for our team and friends alike. This small but mighty space has allowed us to learn and share the knowledge of running a grass roots business around community. Our goal is to be able to provide fundamental resources to our current team and being able to grow along side them if they wish to start their own small business in the future.
