Coastal Custodial is hiring a full time Assistant Operations Manager to complete their management team. This position works with the operations manager to provide quality janitorial/custodial services to various commercial and medical facilities across Western WA. We are now taking resumes for an experienced manager. We will train the right person on custodial protocols. Primary Responsibilities: Manage janitorial staff out in the field Site visits/check-ins with customers Training new staff on proper custodial protocols Monitoring quality of janitorial work and customer satisfaction Tracks equipment maintenance and inventory at worksites Essential Functions: Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation Must be able to lift 35 lbs Must have good written and spoken communication skills Must have basic computer/office suite skills Schedule: Monday - Saturday 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm salaried potion 40 hours a week.
