Supervise and work with employees in our paint department staining and painting shingles and lumber. Preparing, maintaining, and setting up paint machine; mixing paints/stains and quality control.
Qualifications:
· Experience is a plus
· Mechanical aptitude
. Must be detail oriented
· Motivated with a strong work ethic
· Good communication skills
· Experience in managing employees
· Requires the ability to perform a variety of tasks relating to the staining/painting of products
. Must be able to lift cartons weighing between 30 and 60 lbs.
. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Compensation:
· Starting Rate: $18-25/hour DOE
