Description

This position cleans offices, bathrooms, living quarters, dining areas among others and performs various janitorial functions as assigned at two behavioral health centers in South King County. Must be comfortable working around clients with behavioral health issues and nursing staff at work. Shift is 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Thursday and Friday at one location. Saturday and Sunday at the other location. JANITORIAL ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Duties include (but are not limited to) - Vacuuming all carpeted areas - Dry and Wet mopping - Restroom/shower cleaning/detail cleaning - Dusting -Glass Cleaning -Surface sanitation - Restocking supplies - Ordering of supplies -Common area/bedroom spaces detailing, vacuuming, and trashes - Window cleaning -Trash removal and sanitation JANITORIAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Must be able to pass background check and drug test - Must be able to work independently or on a team - Must have reliable transportation - Must have the ability to lift up to 35 lbs - Must be able to follow direction both verbally and written. - Have strong decision-making ability - Must be flexible - Must be able to consistently complete high-quality work product.
