Job description We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform apartment and rental home renovations such as flooring, drywall, fixture installation,basic plumbing and electrical, carpentry, and finish work. In addition to unit renovations, other duties include landscaping, repairs, and general work orders. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and common area facilities while ensuring facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Candidates must own their own hand tools. Interested candidates please email resume with relevant experience Responsibilities Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc. Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues Install appliances and equipment Do common area yard upkeep by mowing lawns and maintaining trees Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light fixtures, receptacles, plumbing repairs. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation) heavy equipment experience a plus Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues Skills plumbing and electrical systems Experience using hand and electrical tools general carpentry and finish work Very good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity
