WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On July 2, Ali Al Rudani, of West Haven purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from Julia's Market in West Haven and won $10,000.
