WALLINGFORD, CT - A Wallingford resident is $21,950 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hamden earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On July 6, Paul Lorusso, of Wallingford, purchased a KENO ticket from the Mobil Food Mart in Hamden and won $21,950.
