We are currently looking to hire Entry level Full Time & Part Time Maintenance Techs. Are you the type individual that can help us provide 5-star service to our Guests, Owners, community and company? Maintenance Tech position is an entry level position with no prior experience necessary. Benefits Package: Competitive salary at $12 - $15 per hour PTO Paid Time Off Team member discount Roles and Responsibility: • Perform routine preventive maintenance walk-through inspections • Respond to Owners & Guests regarding maintenance issues • Cable TV / Wi-Fi & Internet troubleshooting & repair • Minor carpentry and mechanical repairs. Requirements | Ideal candidate will have the following skills • No experience necessary for the right individual • Experience in condominium & beach house maintenance is a plus • Outgoing, hospitality-focused, friendly, self- starting personality • Team player, have an energetic personality, professional appearance • STRONG Smart Home Technology skills: Locks, Thermostats, Hubs, etc • Stable work history • Must be available by phone 24/7 to assist with maintenance emergencies • Must complete Pre-Employment personality survey | 15 minutes • Must complete a mechanical aptitude assessment • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
