July is UV Awareness Month!! Join us on July 17th for this Donation Based Outdoor Workout. Proceeds go to Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute Instructor, Val Schulz will lead you through a HIIT workout for all levels in honor of her Dad who is fighting Melanoma. Wear your sunscreen, bring a mat, towel and water. This class is held at the PCAD Art Garden Park on the corner of Prince St. and Chestnut St. in downtown Lancaster.
