Truluck Construction is seeking a full-time construction laborer to join our Sitework Division. Role and Responsibilities • Perform tasks involving physical labor on highway and heavy construction sites • Operate hand and power tools when needed • May clean and prep sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, clean up debris, and remove waste materials • Must maintain a clean and secure jobsite to eliminate potential hazards • Must ensure that proper safety procedures are followed and bring any problems to the Site Superintendent’s attention Qualifications and Requirements • Experience in safe and proper use of equipment, hand and power tools, materials and supplies used in highway and heavy construction sites • Heavy construction experience preferred • Must obtain a negative drug test result prior to hire and maintain throughout term of employment • Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and work near moving machinery/tools • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects over 40lbs • Ability to work on a team, as well as working independently to complete assigned tasks according to work schedule • Flexible availability to include overtime and weekends • Ability to tolerate different types of weather conditions, such as rain, dust, noise, and extreme cold and heat Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vacation • Competitive Pay Please come by the office to fill out a complete application.
