Part-time Housekeeper and Organizer

We are looking for a permanent part-time person to clean our house and help us declutter and organize. This position will be Monday-Wednesday-Fridays from 12pm-4pm, 12 hours per week. $20 per hour. About $1000/month. We will be doing some remodeling in the fall (including finishing the basement) and need to declutter, clean, and prepare the house after 15 years of non-essential stuff piling up. If you stare with wide eyes at a mountain of random crap tipping over in the corner of a room and think to yourself, "I am incredibly lucky to be alive right now," then this job is definitely for you. We are a husband and wife + two teen boys + a nice dog. Husband works from home and is available these days to guide the efforts but is lazy (he calls it busy) so don't expect actual help (though he is nice to look at). Tasks will include: Basic Housekeeping and Cleaning Vacuum, Floors, Blinds, etc. Dishes Laundry + Folding Grocery Shopping Clutter Sorting and Removal Garage Clutter Sorting and Removal Photographing and Posting Items for Free or Sale on Craigslist Schedule Junk Haulers Trips to Target to Purchase Storage Bins, Organizers, etc. Trips to Goodwill to Donate (we have a van) Trips to Paper Record Shredding Companies (we have a van) Trips to Storage Shed (we have a van) Interested parties should really know what they are getting into. It's not an episode of Hoarders, but we're on the producer's watch list. We're in desperate need of saving and you could be that person! And who knows what you might find...You could walk away with a new VHS player, a copy of Madden '97, or an old pair of Crocs. Some jobs are a blessing in disgust...I mean in disguise and this one is no different! So email us if you have email and we'll try and find the laptop (somewhere under there) and respond. We're ready to start when you are! We do have some flexibility, so if you'd like us to consider a different schedule or arrangement, we'd be happy to discuss. Because really, what other option do we have?
