Have situation w/ no credit & low "verifiable" income, but assets in a Trust, under Trustee's name (not under my name for 1 yr., but I have "access" to my funds)--so instead of going the usual route -would an Owner accept 1 Year's paid RENT up-front, in full, to take away the worry over my non-verifiable situation? Am quiet, clean, considerate, retired gal. Have good personal references. Hope to find a 2 bedrm apt. in either the south/west end of So. Redondo or the south end of Ocean Ave., So. Torrance. Please let me know...thanks!
