LAKE ZURICH – State Representative Chris Bos (R-Lake Zurich) invites residents of the 51st House District to take advantage of a free 'Constituent Education Resource Card' available through his district office in Lake Zurich. The resource card provides free entry for up to four people to several of Chicagoland's world-class museums and zoos. Any resident of the 51st House District may reserve the Constituent Education Resource Card on a first-come, first-served basis to visit any of the following museums: Adler Planetarium The Art Institute of Chicago Brookfield Zoo / CZS Chicago Academy of Sciences / Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum Chicago Botanic Garden Chicago Children's Museum Chicago History Museum DuSable Museum of African American History The Field Museum Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center Lincoln Park Zoo Museum of Contemporary Art Museum of Science and Industry National Museum of Mexican Art National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts & Culture John G. Shedd Aquarium Reservations are required. To request a reservation, please contact Rep. Bos' office at [email protected] or (224) 662-1176. Please provide the following information with your reservation request: name, address, phone number, number of people for visit (maximum of 4) and preferred date for reservation. Requesting constituents will be required to pick up the Constituent Education Resource Card during normal district office operating hours no sooner than 48 hours before the reservation date and return the card no later than 48 hours after use.
