Press release from the City of Oakdale: July 8, 2021 The northern third of the turn lane from southbound Hadley to eastbound 10th St. will be closed starting the afternoon of Thursday, July 8. The lane is expected to be re-opened Friday evening, July 9. The reason for the closure is to allow Xcel Energy to run a new gas service line to the Holiday station on 10th & Hadley.  This press release was produced by the City of Oakdale.
