Wanted--Mural Painter

I'm looking for someone who can paint a Mural onto my 10' x 7' wall. I want it to be a Mermaid something like the picture below. With her being at the beach on a rock with the ocean and sky behind her. I know it might not be cheap, so I would need someone who is willing to get paid in stages as they complete the picture???
