Please help Trails not die. I can't keep him

Please help save Trials life, no exaggeration. I found this cat 2 weeks ago and since then have been trying to finds it's owner or someone to remove him. I live in an apartment which a no pet policy only lease. I have upcoming inspection 7/13 and will have to release the cat id no one can take him. I've called all the shelters, I was advised they are at full capacity, to check with animal control. Heather at animal control advise me to release the cat. A.Z. law permits cats to roam free. I told her I was concerned due to the 115° heat. She just repeated the same inso about A.Z law. I've posted Trails indo on Craigslist list, next door app where I live, pet finder etc and flyers in Glendale. Mdnlost my kitty.com. Please take this sweet cat, I don't want to release him out to find for himself. He looks like an indoor cat and has a huge cut when I found him. That has since healed up well. I don't want him to be hurt or die, go hungry, or die of heat stoke, animals, or cars. Please help Trails. I have food I got him from Costco and a large box of litter too. I can buy the food for Aug as well to help out.
