PHOENIX, AZ — A man was killed in a shooting in Phoenix on Wednesday night, Phoenix police said. The unidentified victim was shot in the area of 29th Street and Osborn Road around 7:45 p.m. and died at the scene, according to police. Preliminary investigation showed that the man was shot during an altercation, police said. The shooter left the scene before officers arrived.
