TUSCALOOSA, AL — The City of Tuscaloosa is looking to help prospective small business owners with a one-day educational program later this month. The Tuscaloosa Builds program is set for July 15, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. at The Edge, located at 2627 10th Avenue. The come-and-go event will offer resources for those interested in starting their own business and representatives will be in attendance to provide expertise and tips on start-up financing, choosing a business structure, business licenses and other topics. The City of Tuscaloosa hosts free educational workshops on the third Thursday of every month, which are open to the public and free to attend. Click here to learn more.
