Broken loft Door need help ASAP URGENT

Please help me fix my apartment door for cheap, my landlord is trying to overcharge me for it and i need to be out of here by the 15nth. Frame is still fully intact, only part of the door and lock is broken, need to make sure the door can be locked, secure and cant be broken down again by my ex roomate after i leave on the 15nth. I dont have alot of money but i can pay and tip reasonably for this job to be done.
