Drummer Looking Start Bar Band for Money

Hey there, I'm new in town, and don't know many players yet. I want to get a cover/bar band together in order to book paid gigs in town. I have a couple connections with some venues in the area. I'm looking for people who play: guitar, bass, keys, and vocals. If you play and instrument and can sing lead vocals, that's even better. I'm a terrible singer. Here's the idea: I want to spend the least amount of time on the setup/infrastructure involved in creating a band so that we can actually get to booking shows and making money. So before the first rehearsal, we figure out 4-5 covers that we want to play, meet up with them rehearsed at my studio, and record them for our website. We'll also take several press photos. I'll mix the tunes and I'll design a website/logo and put them up there. Then I'll sell us around town. We won't meet up to rehearse again until there is a date on the calendar. I imagine well do 2-4 rehearsals before our first show. Let's crank this out quick so we can make money.
