Attention visual artists, sculptors, musicians, dancers, writers, photographers, etc. We have a fully furnished house with 3 bedrooms on 58 gorgeous acres bisected by a large brook. The house is right in the little village of East Richford, with garden space and a barn for homesteading possibilities. We are looking for artists who need an escape and could gain inspiration from this retreat, either long term or short term. We are open to helping start an artist co-housing situation, with roommates chosen by the household. Or we can help match potential roommates. Please contact us and let us know about your interest, whether you would like to have a more organizational role, or are just looking for a place to stay for a couple months (or longer) and would like to meet some other people involved in the arts. The well is brand new, and the house has been recently renovated. Huge wrap-around screened front porch overlooking the rushing brook just across the tiny dead end road. Separate dining room, living room, and laundry room that can also be a work-space. We have a small shed/cabin right on the brook that can be used as a work/practice space in addition to the house.
