help for a lakeside airbnb mostly outside

Hi I have a lakeside rental at west point lake near highland marina -Airbnb/VRBO -I need specific weekly help with setting uo the outdoor area for new guests -I can give you a monthly schedule,you do need your own transportation bc I do need trash runs with bags of regular trash nothing construction every time you come -I need basically everything set back up outside 9I am a very strict renter and have cameras I don't allow parties so always general clean up, grill cleaned,trash hauled off ( not every time if near a tues or weds or thurs no trash haul off but coordinate with me ) there are some other light duties which we can talk about it takes less then an hour I will pay a flat rate $50 ( if a lot of additional duties more pay we will talk before you do them ) but you need to be reliable -I am always on a tight crunch with time often just 5 hours before next guests so no room for flakiness and can't have no shows -its imperative to my business for someone to be reliable -thank you
