Description

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand, power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following or more: • Mowing service to include mowing, weed eating, edging, and weed control • Recognizing weed, insect, fungus and mole problems and taking necessary control measures • Basic maintenance of lawn care equipment and tools • Keep work environments clean and safe • Monitor lawn and landscape quality and reporting problems and/or concerns to supervisor • Be available to assist other work crews as needed • Complete all required documentation in a timely manner • Use Champion’s resources wisely and effectively • Be prepared and initiate assigned duties in a timely manner • Communicate needs, concerns and/or problems to supervisor-resolve issues in a timely manner • Adhere to Champion’s safety practices, procedures, and policies • Maintain good communication and positive relations with coworkers, customers, and the public • Represent the Company in a positive manner at all times • Other tasks as assigned or as needed
