Lost engagement ring

This may be a long shot, but last Friday I lost my engagement ring while working by Oakshire. By the time my fiancé and I noticed it was missing, it was dark. The next day we went to look for it but it was not there. The ring is a small gold band with a single diamond. There are small vertical decorative cuts along the band. Unknown monetary value, but it was passed down in my family, so it is sentimental. Thank you
