I am lost and have no idea what to do from here. Michael and Pamela Barraggan put a Restraining order against me after Michael Barragan My stepfather punched me in the face on March 7, 2021. they have legal guardian of my daughter whom is 11. I hired an attorney paid $7000 to lose in court regarding the restraining order at this point The restraining order is still in place. my stepfather is a child psychologist and works for two school districts so automatically the judge works in their favor. I did nothing wrong I’m not violent I’m not dangerous which is all things they are saying. my new guardianship case is out of California is eight years old I am in need of I’m in desperate need of some help fighting not only to terminate the legal guardianship at Pamela and Michael have but to terminate the restraining order that is all to protect themselves from getting in trouble. I have not spoken to or seen my daughter since March 7, 2021 I’m extremely scared lost and I need some help I’ve contacted several attorneys here in Bend Oregon and I’ve also have gone to the legal aid office which nobody is able to help me or point me into the right direction. I don’t have much money but what I do have is two jobs I am willing to do a payment plan I am willing to do whatever it takes to fight for what’s right and for the truth please if anybody is able to help please email me.
