The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Must be able to pass a background check • Must be able to work independently with little supervision • Must have reliable transportation Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Carpet cleaning (low moisture encapsulation/dry cleaning and extraction) • Scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors • Must be able to operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM • Must be able to operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffer/ burnishes, water extraction machine, auto scrubbers, and carpet cleaning equipment • Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility. Reasoning Ability: • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
