The successful candidate must be able to work efficiently with great attention to detail, should have exceptional multi-tasking skills and be organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly, nonexempt, at-will position. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime. Summary of Essential Job Functions • Serve existing accounts by analyzing and performing on work orders; gather components, parts, and tools to complete installation. • Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details of work being performed and educate on use of new system(s). • Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records. • Complete all tasks in accordance with ASI’s quality and safety standards. • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external). Skills and Abilities • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image. • Analytical, Focused on Quality, and Results-driven. • Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions. • Excel within a team environment and willing to support all areas of our business. • Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check. • Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions. Working Conditions and Physical Effort • Work is performed in residential properties (attic, garage, crawl space, roof). • Moderate physical effort required, including standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods of time. • Moderate exposure to physical risk. • Standing up to 8 hours per day; Walking up to 8 hours per day on uneven, difficult terrain.
