need help asap

i have been trying to help this baby girl to heal from a cat fight from a few months back and she just had her first litter. she had three kittens but one past away, the other two have been nursing. i would take care of her and her babies but i have 2 cats already and im pregnant. i need to find her a new home or someone know a shelter that could help plz let me know.
